I use my VISA Card to send money and use option: Send money to friends and family. But I get an alert: "Your payment method isn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank". After that, Paypal charged on my VISA Card and I didn't see any activity on my account and my custormer didn't receive the money too. Please help me.
