I recieved an email which said "Your latest tax invoice is ready for download". In the statement section, under GST , I could download a report which is titled as 'Tax invoice' . I want to know what is the purpose of the invoice. Am I supposed to take any action on the invoice ? Please advise.
(I reached out to Paypal through the message centre and recieved a reply that has nothing to do with my question. The reply mentioend a person's name but I seriously think they are sending automated replys. How can a person who is supposed to "support the customer" can send such irresponsible reply ? I replied again by copy pasting my question again. Funny enough, I got another reply that dealt with fake emails !!!! Thus, I am trying my luck here in the community forum. )
