How to pay in a US website and send stuffs to US address?

Hi,

I want to buy some stuffs in a website of a store in US and ship to my friend's address in US, but paypal doesn't allow me to do this because my billing address is in Viet Nam. Is there anyway to do this, please help me.

You can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
