1) is it necessary to resolve everything in the "Required Response" list?
2) the first one is "Confirm your bank account". But when I click the Resolve button this pops up
"You have no bank accounts that can be confirmed. PayPal does not currently offer the ability to confirm your bank account."
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
