Hi, I am trying to send payments to my family members. But when my family members created paypal account its asking purpose code. And they are tensed and confused what to select. Because sending payments to friends or family members should not need of purpose code. My family members reside in INDIA. And by mistake they selected first option freelance journalism. And now they don't know what to do. Without selecting purpose cod, account is not created.
