I don't know why PayPay Websites think that I live in Vietnam although I'm from Europe! (I don't even use VPN!) - I changed it but I missed something during the registration of the PayPal Business so now I have an primary adress in Vietnam although it's not true and I cannot change it! I cannot even close my account because the profile settings won't show up before I add some registration of mine - ID card, Passport etc. - I don't want to share it, I just want to have this account closed and start over! Please help! Or I would like to call in the support if they can do it manually!
