I ordered a power unit that was on discount.
I used pay-pay because I was lead to believe there is some consumer protection.
I have yet to receive the item, nor any reply from the seller.
I have been trying to communicate with pay-pal on this.
Most of the time the Pay-pal web page won't allow Me to add the problem transaction.
but when it will. In short order, it changes the case to closed.
I have been trying to get ahold of pay-pal, but it looks like I might have to goto my bank and challenge the transaction from there.
?? does anyone have any sugestions ??
