paypal has frozen our money and legal action must take place the cases working

If they have locked your account I say join me we are starving can’t work because of the pandemic and they won’t let us withdraw money we have in our accounts! For ANY reason! This is criminal and company should not be allowed to operate in the USA!

If I may ask ... what is PayPal's reasoning for locking your account? OR ...did they even give you a reason or just froze it so you can't get money? I'm brand new to PayPal and I really don't think I'm staying ... LOL ... reading all these posts here in the Community ... it really seems as if they really are not that concerned if someone doesn't pay another member for their merchandise ... or if the buyer hasn't received their item(s) etc ... therefore I'm not that impressed. I thought that's why people pay through them to have some kind of protection. Good luck to you. Hope your problem gets resolved.

Hi, PayPal froze my account because as they stated "suspicious changes in my account" when I rang them to "resolve" the issue I was told that more more money was being taken out and added than usual! Which is obvious as I have been shopping and buying online as I'm in isolation. And thought that PayPal would be a safer way to do this as they claim. Instead it turns out that it's not as the only people who have taken my money is PayPal themselves! My advice is stay clear of PayPal. Keep safe. X
