Transfers declined?

I added two separate Wells Fargo checking and savings account and it gives me the 72 hr delay prompt then after that it says transfer denied. I tried instant transfer and I tried the wait "1 day" transfer...



It's a instant denial,and It's for around 3 thousand
 
 
I tried Sending a message via Support center or whatever and get an automated message.
 
Whenever I try to call all I get is Due to Ovid-19 we're unable to help you at this time.
Sending a message through Facebook is also very unhelpful.
