How do I stop eBay from charging me monthly. I want to cancel my selling account

If you don't sell anything then you won't get charged surely?

I am not sure. I sold one thing and it says I have to pay for the month. I’ve tried to look up ways to cancel my selling account but I have hit a dead end

When you sell something it goes into your Ebay seller account and you are invoiced that fee for any sales x1 per month.

Whereas Paypals fee for their services are deducted from your buyers payment and then the remainder credited to your paypal balance.
