I got unauthorized access from individual i dont know and got stolen 900 hkd. But when i hold dispute suddenly the case closed and stated no refund message from listed in resolve center. The weird part is the payment status is become reverse payment and i got email that i will get refund. I cannot call the service center because of lockdown. Did i get refund or not??
