Good morning. Kudos to Ms. Rachel #41242. She was very efficient in getting My issue Resolved. She removed the Restrictions on my PayPal Account after I provided PayPal with the necessary forms of my Personal Identification. Again, Customer Service Rep Rachel was Efficient, Friendly, and most of all Professional. There should be More People like her in This World. I'm hoping that Paypal Recognizes and Commends her for the Great work she does! Hats off to her. rc
