Terrible customer service in the Philippines, was on hold for 40 minutes

I had agent #1671608, did not get the problem and kept me on hold for 30 minutes when I asked to be transferred to a manager in the u.s.. Then I got Rain # 1671685 who was in the Philippines and not a manager. She said I could not be transferred to the U.S. what a joke. 

Will stop using paypal for purchases because paypay will not stand behind the customer
