Unresponsive customer service and Gestapo tactics. As the owner of a 40+ year old established business and a PayPal user since day 1 of its existence, it has gone downhill quickly. I would NEVER suggest to anybody to rely on it in any manner. You will end up losing if you use it, guaranteed. Even worse than eBay, if that is possible.
