Recently I bought eye glasses online and my options were -Paypal or PayPal Guests which used normal credit cards for payment. And I signed into my PayPal and payed with the money on my bank account with PayPal. Order went through fine. But I noticed the money hasn't been taken from my bank account, but shows it taken from PayPal on my debit card. Can someone explain why the money hasn't been taken out my Bank account?
