Customer Service phone number

For the life of me I cannot find a phone number for customer service.  All I get for help is either ask Community, or message.  I need to speak to a person as I've exhausted all the other options.  I understand that they have reduced the people to answer calls due to the Covid but to not even provide a phone number is unacceptable.  Can anyone help?
