PayPal fraud allow Remote HACK and ransom pay

My pc was remote hack and money from PayPal account was send to Heatherlambert122 Gmail.   after review and reported to PayPal refuse to refund my PayPal. I placing a not authorized on my card. Paypal offers poor customer services to lain American users country with not chat support. Paypal SUCK and the allow people to use the services for illegal services and ransom payment. I reported to PayPal the I still refuse my claim I never got any digital or any goods.

The scammer is using PayPal to defraud people to get pc to unlock and remote season to fix the pc. My son happens to fall for that trick and now i lost 100 bucks with PayPal

Someone used my PayPal account to send someone money and I have noticed that PayPal is not responding to Case ID: PP-I-9473417. I stop using PayPal and today I placing not authorized charges on my card  PayPal is worthless they know about it. since they, not a bank then my bank will want it money back

Can I kill a PayPal staff to allow I to be scam by PayPal Mexico
