Website says customer service available until 20pm AEST. I've been on hold over 45 minutes... Do they actually answer?

IT depends on the day i.e Sunday or holiday

It's Thursday here. Not a holiday. Just looked at posts on Facebook. Apparently waiting hours on hold is common.
