• US ATM Withdrawals: $2.50 Per ATM Withdrawal within the US (Plus any amounts charged by the ATM owner). This fee only applies to non-MoneyPass ATMs.
• Non-US ATM Transaction: $2.50; Per withdrawal from a non-US ATM. This fee will apply even if the transaction does not require a currency conversion.
• Foreign Transaction Fee (Debit Card Signature Purchase To or Debit Card ATM Withdrawal From): 2.5%; Per purchase from a non-US merchant or use at a non-US ATM. This fee will apply even if the transaction does not require a currency conversion.
• Over-the-counter bank branch withdrawal: $3.00 per withdrawal
• Balance Inquiry at ATM: No fee to the cardholder
  • Cardholders may be charged a surcharge by the ATM owner. This is not a PayPal fee.
