Hello PayPal community
Some time back I purchased a fridge freezer from an eBay trader.
When I approached PayPal for a refund they granted me a 100% refund but subject to me returning my purchase to the trader.
All the outer packaging of the appliance has been removed but the inner packaging is untouched.
I need a courier to collect the fridge freezer from the kitchen inside a high rise flat, carry it down two flights (one floor) of stairs then use a lift to the ground floor and then proceed from there.
The difficulty is finding a courier to do this.
Does anyone know of a UK courier that would do this?
Please remember that the courier would need to enter the flat to collect the item from the kitchen and that any outer packaging has been removed and disposed of.
