selling watch with paypal?

I am selling a rolex and using paypal and the person said they paid, but no funds have been received.  It has only been 6 hours, but I had people from all over the world wanting to buy the watch and I said only shipped to USA address 

so now I get a city of 10,000 in  hidalgo Texas   on the boarder of Mexico.    The name to send is different than the email

if money arrives in paypal should i send the watch?  it is a couple of thousand ????

It is a scam. The same thing happened to by boyfriend. He was trying to sell his tablet and the buyer said he put the money in my boyfriend Paypal account. But the buyer wanted it shipped to a totally different country. The buyer said the funds would be released when my boyfriend gave him the tracking number. When we went to the post office to ship the package off the Postal worker told us not to did and that it was a scam and with a little more digging on the situation it was indeed a scam. Dont do it!
