I have had a savings account linked to my paypal account for years. Now ebay say that I have to link in an account where they can set up a direct debit and that my savings account is no longer of use. I have no desire for these cretins to get their hands on my bank details at will and have always used paypal. Now it seems I am no longer able to do this. Ebay were hopeless for an answer and suggested I seek it here. Please could someone shed some light on this for me? It has only been in the last month that I have had a problem and they will not accept payment of an invoice from my paypal account. It seems a very sneaky way of finding out bank details rather than through paypal.
