Wondering if PayPal Send Money contest is fake?

I just received this e-mail today from a Alyssa Larsen. The email is from tenthwave.com which is from Strobes Promotion so... The email was not "To" me. I only see another e-mail address which is NOT mine on the "To" section.... So I am not sure how it even ended up in my mailbox in the first place.

And I am pretty sure the contest ended like a month ago, so I am not sure if this is real or not as it is not asking me for my information. Any help is appreciated!

I received the same email and was wondering if it was legit? If so, great, if not oh well just another scam on the net.

I looked up tenthwave... the website says they do marketing and web design, ect. for eBay. I never got an email, but received a letter from tenthwave with two fifty dollar eBay cards in it. The letter stated I was one of this month's winners for using eBay mobile. Got on the forum to check it out, and so far all I can think to do is call paypal and confirm. Address on the envelope is the  same as the address on the email you received.

I was pleasantly surprised when UPS left a 2GB iPod Shuffle at my door this morning. Tenth Wave/Strobe had it shipped directly from Best Buy.
