What is a web PIN?

I've had a problem recently where Paypal deducted money for a transaction that I canceled.  I was told handling it by phone would be faster.  However, when I call, they ask for a web PIN--and I have no idea what they are asking for.  It is supposedly a six digit number, but I don't see anything like that anywhere.

Can anyone tell me what this is?  I have filed a complaint with the Resolution Center, but I'm getting nervous because I'm not hearing about any progress.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to login to PayPal.com, then click the contact us link from the right side panel.  The web pin will be above the 1800 number listed with the contact us information and will help them answer your call in minutes vs. waiting (under most circumstances).
