Unauthorized transactions help

Someone is continually taking individual 20$ transactions from my paypal account, first the 40$ balance i had on paypal and now everything is coming directly from my bank. I have changed my password to my paypal and to my email, I've changed the security questions and it just keeps happening. I can't remove my alternate payment methods because the transactions haven't passed yet, I can't close my account for the same reason and the only alternative is to close my bank account which you can bet I'm not about to do just becuase Paypal doesn't have any fraud fail safe.

Does anyone know what else I can do to stop this?

The exact same thing is happening to me except mine is in $35 increments to multiple bogus email addresses.  PayPal assured me that on 2/28 (10 days after the original date of 2/18) all of the money stolen from my account would be replaced.  Today ... it's starting all over.  They are sending the requests again and draining my bank acct again.  PAYPAL IS FAILING MISERABLY!!!!!

I AM EXPERIENCING A SITUATION WHERE PAYPAL HAS BEEN RIEMBERSED FROM A CHARGEBACK REVERSAL, BUT IS STILL CALLING ME FOR MONEY & THREATENING COLLECTIONS. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PAID FROM BOTH ENDS!!! WAY NOT COOL. SEE YOU IN COURT PAYPAL. THE BUYER EVEN TEXT-PIC ME A COPY OF THE STATEMENT & THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHARGEBACK REVERSAL NOTICE. BUT PAYPAL WONT EVEN ADMIT TO RECIEVING IT! PAYPAL YOU BETTER DO SOME SERIOUS HOUSE CLEANING BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN INSIDE EMBEZLER!

I had the same thing happen on March 7, 2011 with 42 transactions of $35 made to several different e-mail addresses (many were multiple listings).  All transactions were made between 0400 and 0500 in the morning.  I was able to recall one of the transactions since it hadn't been collected, then immediately notified Paypal of this issue.  They adjudicated 10 of those fraudulent transactions over the past 2 days, but I'm now worried about the remaining 31 transactions.  I'm also worried that this may happen again based on the previous posted message.  I've change my password and challenge questions but I'm not confident that will help.  I also want to cancel my accounts, but am unable to do so because of the pending transactions.  Once I am able to clear this up I'll be cancelling my account!

Happened to me too on the 8th, this came from my iTunes account. Apparently I forgot that I had my accounts linked to my paypal account. After reporting it, check your subscriptions: Hover over Profile, click on "More Options" > Click on "My Money" on the left side > Click on "update" where "My Preapproved Payments" line is at. For me, I cancelled all my subscriptions. Also wouldn't hurt to change passwords to your accounts.
