Paypal is constantly blowing up my phone & harrasing me concerning a negative balance from a charge-back involving myself & my merchandise, a buyer & his CC payment. the buyer wanted to return my merchandise & there was good reason to believe he had tampered with it so i was not willing to reverse our deal. he did a CC chargeback but then weeks later was notified that the chargeback was reversed & paypal was riembersed for the funds. Paypal is now harrasing me & still claiming that i need to add funds to pay them back for a chargeback of which THEY ALREADY recieved the funds back from the other party (CC company). they are trying to rip me off. i have even been in civil contact with the buyer & upon my request, he even sent me a pic of his CC statement concerning the reversal, & putting his balance in the negative. So even though its been resolved & i do not have a negative balance or owe them any money around the chargeback... Paypal is still blowing up my phone, threatening a collections retrieval, and will not acknowlegde the chargeback reversal which is doccumented on paper! DONT USE PAYPAL PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS & RIP-OFF ARTISTS!
