Unauthorized $500 bank withdrawal!

OMG. Yesterday someone withdrew a $500 and a $54 amount directly from my bank! How is this even possible? I am freaking out and in process of putting a hold on my bank account and closing my PayPal. How do I get PayPal to help me? I can't even figure out where to cancel my bank accounts on the website!!! What a terrible saturday I'm having.
