I am getting emails saying I'm making automatic payments to a website, but the payments aren't coming out of my account and they are being paid by Discover Card with a different last four digits than mine. Has someone stolen my identity and got a discover card and is using paypal with my email address? How can there be two different papal accounts attached to the same email address? How can I check? Help!
