  Recently I just sold a iPhone on eBay but I just realized this buyer has a non-US and unverified account.  Even I still see that I'm eligible for the buyer protection plan but I'm still worrying about this. Could anyone help me please?

Well, there are lots of honest people elsewhere in the world.

The problem is that some of them are scammers.

Have they paid for the item yet?  Do you see the payment in your Paypal account?
