Questionable email

I just received an email that appears to be from PayPal but I wonder?  It says my account is being flagged.

It says this is a random tagging and I must click on the link provided.  It appears that this may have come from

the UK.  This is the link:  http://creativeq.nl/http___www.paypal.com_uk_cgi-bin_webscr_cmd=_login-run_loginb.html   I did not clik on it.  Is this just a pfishing scam?  It claimed I would be kept out of my account if I didn't click in.

Please don't click on the link - this is a phishing email.

PayPal will always address by the name listed on your account and we won't ask you to click on a link.  If you receive a suspicious email in the future, go directly to PayPal.com and log in to check for any issues.  You can also forward any odd emails to spoof@paypal.com, and we'll take a look at it for you.
