Hi everyone. I would like to share a negative experience with you and then ask for advice.
I have dealt 3 times with Linkchina.com to buy various goods from their sellers during July and August, for some 600 USD. On the site you can pay by Paypal, by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.
I decided on a fourth purchase for some 1300 USD. Did it through a bank transfer. It went on September 14 by the Royal Bank of Scotland via the Bank of America to a Hong Kong bank housing the account number for Linkchina.com
Info on the Branch and account number are ok and are strictily the same info as published on Linkchina.com
RBS in London says no money was returned, so the USDs are in that specific account in Hong Kong.
I have started shaking the tree using emails, phone calls (to China !), as the contact for Linkchina says they have nothing on the bank account to let them deliver the goods. It is now 10 days ago for the transdfer date !
Are they trying somehow to keep the money without sending the stuff out ? As this occured to anybody dealing with the Linkchina company ? Are they dealing fairly for a few hundred USDs and then when the customer is satisfied snatching larger sums ?
Regards
