PayPal Scam?

I'm trying to figure out the angle to a scam.  I've been trying to sell some stuff on Craig's List and a number if individuals have offered be full price and about $100 extra to ship internationally.

All cases are very similar in that a son, or wife is at some location over seas and they want me to ship the item there and all they need is my PayPal address to 'get things going!'

Does any how I'd get burned on this deal, will they tell PayPal I didn't ship after they get the stuff and get their money back?

Thanks,

The first and foremost thng that you have to remember about sending ANYTHING internationally is that NO LAW covers you once it leaves the borders of the United States.  NONE> There ain't no mom, daughter, son, dad, brother uncle aunt or living breathing person that needs any of this stuff  - they just NEED your paypal account #, the pass word, the bank name, and to know how much you have to they can plan THEIR shopping trip on your money.

All any of them requested was my PayPal email address.

Jeez, like I'm going to send anyone my password, give me a break!  Or any account numbers or bank info.  Isn't the whole point of PayPal that you can just send $$ to an email address?

Yes they need your paypal email to send you the money.

If the alternate address is anywhere in Nigeria, do not send.

Also wait until the money clears before sending the item.

I personally think its a scam, happened to me, they asked how much for shipping, I said £2000 they said okay.

test them, tell them shipping is £800 see what they say.
