PAYPAL TOOK MY MONEY FROM ME!!!!!!

OK so i sold an item to NATHALIE RABUSSIER and i have evidence of the agreement and eveything. I can get pictures of our talk in aim and pictures of the email that says that the money was in my account and the will be at the same time, but once she gets the product she claims to paypal that she didnt mean to send it to me then with no questions ask they take it there is nothing i can do AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THEM SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME !!! I got 650$ stolen from me please some one help i have evidence. Like i said i can get pictures of the conversation and pictures of the emails and they will be the exact same time so SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Paypal is now getting a rep for doin that kinda thing i hope for your sake you paid paypal threw a credit card or something within 45 days you can alteast file a chargeback threw your bank if you did. I wish you luck they **bleep**ed me over too. My account is 350 in the hole i would like for them to fix it but i know they wont but im not putting the money in it they can go **bleep** thereself.

Don't worry, you will get your money back if you provide proof of delivery to PayPal.  Whenever there is a dispute, they will automatically debit the funds from your account.  This has happened to me on several occasions.  The customer will claim the charge is unauthorized or fraudulent, or whatever.  You need to go to the dispute in your PayPal resolution center and provide the tracking number that shows the item was delivered.  Within a few weeks, the funds will be restored too your account.

Making me feel fortunate. (Almost.) I lost $350 because PayPal suddenly started pulling chunks of $25-30 for over a week straight to, apparently, cover $60 in purchases. To top it off, my PayPal account is supposedly $14 in the red. And I don't know WHAT my options are (short of suing, which is looking good), because I only have account balances to prove anything.

NOT subtle.

Hey bud same thing just happened to me! I just lost $250.   My suggestions is to go to http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx   and fill out a report. They are the people who work with the FBI against fraud.. Paypal does nothing to protect you. They support fraud and theif. I will never do another business transaction on this site again due to their policy involving them always siding with people who scam and never bother to look at the IP addresses that are involved on sending you the money than saying they didnt send it. They also dont look at the history of the account to take it into consideration that they always do it. Good guys always lose.
