boRyzark,
Oh my! It is always saddening to see one individual take advantage of the kindness of another.
As for where to go from here - it depends on the route you want to take in regards to this individual.
No matter what, get a new card number from your issuer. You don't want him to keep charging you. You may also consider safeguarding your other information as well - if he took one piece of information, he may have taken others. Depending on how much of a response you feel is warranted, you could even go so far as placing a fraud alert on your file with the credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, etc).
If the card was used through PayPal, please make sure you report it to us. Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page when logged in.
As for any additional options - such as reporting this individual to the police - would be up to you and how far you want to push the issue, but it is definitely an available option.
Once again, I'm sorry that this happened to you.
Adrian
