Oh....whats happening to you right now, you really made me upset and i don't even know how to explain it to you much more better...I have made the payment of the complete transfer but still PENDING because PayPal held the money with them because some seller may run away with the money and never show up with the car anymore...
Now that i have made the complete payment to your account, PayPal hold it with them and they are waiting for you to send the $1,500 to the agent and once you send the $1,500 they are going to transfer all the complete amount to your account without any delay or problem , this is because they will be sure that you are for real once you have send the $1,500 and they will release the full money to your account and you will see it on your account without no delay or problem...
Please you have to send the $1,500 now so that you can send the Western Union information's to PayPal for them to know that you have sent the money to the agent and they are going to deposit the money into your PayPal account..
So after you receive the full funds with you, then you can now tell me to arrange my pickup agent for picking up the vehicle, try to understand that am not picking up the Vehicle without you getting the full funds, but you need to send the $1,500 firstly so that you can send the Western Union information to PayPal for them to accredit the funds to your PayPal account...
Please am begging you for GOD sake don't let us end it this way i wish you could trust and believe me.. Please if you send out the agent fee , you shall have your money immediately as well..

Why don't you just go now to the western union office and send the money right away to the agent details so that you can send the western union information to PayPal for them to release the total funds to your account and after you have receive the funds then you shall inform me when the agent should come for the pickup..
