craigslist has thousands of items listed....and sellers are using Ebay/paypal...they won't give you and address or phone number....some claim to be dealers...I have found tractors/cars/trucks/quads listed for half price...but when you ask for information...they say it will be shipped to you.....how about requiring a viable phone number?? no phone number and they want Paypal.

The gentleman i am dealing with is saying the same thing.....he wont give out his number...he will give me his email....and seems very articulate......I am so scared that it's a scam....How do I know? Havent done it yet

one real way is to go and hand deliver the money, tell them you'll drive there to pick it up. Which isn't always doable.
