Dear sir,
I want to purchase a musical keyboard from a seller in USA, through his website but I am afraid of paying him through bank transfer or western union, so I choose to pay him through PayPal . now my question is that if I complete the transaction through PayPal and if the musical keyboard is not delivered by him, then will PayPal help me in getting back my money? Or does PayPal has any policy to protect me fro such kind of fraud? Please help me and guide me so as to smoothly safe guard my purchase.
