if i sell a phone and it gets blocked how long does the buyer have to put in a dispute ?
i have bought one but i dont know the history so i am hoping it was not a contract as it could get blocked , and if it does how long can the buyer get a refund ???? please help xxx

toniwild- I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'blocked', but a buyer has 45 days from the transaction date to file a dispute.

hi thanks for the info ,, its just i am afraid of buying phones to sell on if they have been a contract , the owner can report it lost/stolen and they can block the phone as well as the sim
