I just opened a paypal account and I have a question regarding echecks. I linked my bank account to paypal (obviously) and used my own checking card to make an echeck transaction on the website (where I purchased an item). I know that the money was taken directly from my bank account, which I can see by logging on to my online banking. My question is: I did not use the paypal smart card sent to me in the mail. Will I still be charged interest for my purchased, even if it was with my own card and the money was directly withdrawn?
