Wow i had a unknown fee total of over 300 dollars! what is going on? someone please help me

You must of got a keylogger. This kind of virus records your password so hackers can get into it. I reccomend you change your password and if it happens again. Just make your credit/debit card stop all payments by request and reinstall your OS. if it still happens after changing your pass again. Then i dont know whats happening.

Where are you seeing this fee... your PayPal account, your bank account, your credit card... someplace else?

I had a fee of $20 taken from my bank account through pay-pal.

I just transferred money from PayPal to my bank account and it was short by $4.65

What's going on????

Login to your PayPal account, click on the "History" tab and then click on the "All activity (with balance)" option to look at your account activity. The "with balance" view will show (in the right hand column) your PayPal account balance after each transaction and should make it easier for you to see how much was withdrawn from your PayPal account balance when you initiated the transfer to your bank account.
