UPS fees

Anyone out there have problems with UPS Fees, Looks to me as though there charging me 2 or 3 times on each shipping item.. I don't get it.. I've tried to contact them, they say contact paypal, If I ever get through to paypal ... NO one ever answers my Question back.. How do I contact them and get a answer... ANYONE NO HOW TO?????????????

UPS charges in PayPal run through an authorization process holds the funds for a few days before they're formally collected by UPS.  Sometimes, this looks like a double charge because the process works similar to this:

1.  The authorization is placed and the funds are held;

2.  The funds are released back to your balance;

3.  UPS formally accepts the funds.

Steps 1 and 3 will look like a negative, but step 2 will look like a credit to your balance.  Click on "All Activity with Balance" while in the History page to track these transactions.

To reach PayPal, click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
