Hello, I am new to pay pal and ebay. I am wondering about initial fees that came out of my own bank account for shipping to pay for labels. Are these reimbursed? I think now that the fees are coming out of my pay pal account to pay for shipping? But there are at least 10 from my 1st auction that I paid for from my account. Confused? Can anyone answer this?
If you are paying from your bank account because the payments are held, yes, you are reimbursed. If you use PayPal or eBay shipping, and you pay up front with your bank, then the funds for the label are released into your PayPal account once the payment for the label is sent.
