I talked to someone today that said there is a way to get lower transaction fees
for sellers who sell items under $10.00? She said someone here showed
her where to find that. Is that true? Where is that?
Thank you.

They have a 5% plus 5 cent fee structure if you sign up for micropayments but if you accept a payment for $13 or more the regular price of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction is cheaper. If you are signed up for micropayments you have to pay 5% plus 5 cents for every transaction you can't go to normal fees for transactions above $13 your stuck. The solution might be 2 paypal accounts. One for small transactions of $13 or less or one for big transactions of $13 and more.
