Does paypal allow using $ turned into other currencies?

Hi Wolfygod,

PayPal does allow you to send and receive payments in multiple currencies.

When you send money, we automatically convert it to whatever the recipients preferred currency is and when you receive money, you can either keep it in the currency it was sent in or convert it to your preferred currency.
