A .30 Cent Refund Fee ????

We've tried to give PayPal a chance but enough is enough.  We process over $7000 monthly via Virtual Terminal.  We process about 3 refunds a year.  We just initiated a refund and PayPal has charged us .30 cents.  Why?  We received no notification of a new fee.  There is also no justification for it, as it's an entirely automated NACHA file-building process that requires no human intervention.

We're done.  We recommend that as many of you as possible get off this sinking ship.

I think this '**bleep**'.  An eBay buyer changed the shipping costs on my initial invoice and no shipping costs were included in the payment sent by PayPal.  I refunded his payment and re-invoiced him with the shipping costs.  His mistake and and I'm penalized the $0.30 on a $6.00 transaction.  How does one handle this situation now? Thanks.

This is so typical of companies like this today.  Anyone will do or create anything for an extra buck!  It's all about stuffing more money in your pocket, while the rest of us who aren't making much continue to struggle.  Typical modern greedyness...
