4-digit code refund?

i put my 4-digit code in and now i have a balance of 1.95 but my card balance is 18.05 why doesnt that show in paypal balance?

Welcome!

It sounds like you added a gift card to your PayPal account. 

You would be able to make a purchase, and the funds would debit from the card.  The funds will not actually show in your PayPal account balance though.
