Account type Premier, but Donate button not available on buttons creation list

Hi,

I have a verified account linked to a credit card, i want to create a donate button, but can't find it on the creation list, i have only 4 choices :

1. Shopping cart
2. Buy Now
3. Gift certificates
4. Subscriptions

Any suggestion?

My Account Type: Premier

Hi there wanam,

If you have a Premier account you will have the option to add a Donate button as per the below:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.ukand log in to your account.
2. Click 'Merchant Services' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Donate' under 'Create Buttons.'
4. Create and customise your Donation button, then click 'Create Button.'
5. Click 'Select Code.'
6. Copy and paste the button code in to your own webpage code.

Thanks for your replay.

I don't have any "Donate" menu and "merchant services", i used this link to create a donation button, but it doesn't give me "donate" type in the combobox.

I can't see this "donate" type only if i'm offline (i created one using my email using this method but not working), so i'm supposing this is related to my account type, i upgraded my account to business type, but i'm facing same issue, no "donate" type available when tring create a new button.

I think I'm going to close my account, since I can't create a donation button, my account is unusable
