i opened a dispute with a seller as i never recieved my item and tracking number says its in hong kong! its even a different tracking number from what he gave me..anyway. date keeps changing on the dispute, now it says its with the claim specialist (somthing like that) and we will have a decission by the 16th nov, but today is the 23rd and i still havnt heard anything..is this normal?? thanks

Wait, what? Where did you get the other tracking number from? What does tracking say for the one the seller gave you?
the seller provided us with a tracking number and then paypal asked him for a tracking number to which he gave them a different number from what he gave us. both tracking numbers say that our item is still in guagazo or somewhere like that, which is in hong kong. it was an english dealer that i was dealing with only to relise afterwards he was buying the item alot cheaper from hongkong and making a huge profit probably, i could of done that myself. well hes made a 90pound profit out of me as the item was never recieved 😞
