im getting really cheesed off, i sold somebody a phone in perfect working order apart from the screen had a crack on it (which i told them about) but was still happy to buy, now he has his new phone hes now opened a despute saying the phone was not as described and wants a refund, i told him i was happy to refund him but only when i get the phone back, and i have so many days to respond to this dispute, paypal have already took the money back and put it on hold, but i can not respond to this dispute as there is nothing to press HELP PLEASE, im not letting this moran keep my phone and get his money back

If and only if paypal find in his favour they will tell him to send the phone back to you trackable at his own expense before you have to refund.
