I bought a Cartier, but instead Received very bad used condition Replica, Tired to escalate but my purchase was not eligible for the Money Back, I Fill a Claim Form and tired to send it by Fax, but the Phone number does not work What can I Do. My case is now close for time.  I have the appraisal of an independent authenticator I need Info of the Seller so I can Contact the Police. Thanks for your Help

Suggest you phone customer services as this is only a user to user forum.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Just Called Pay Pal they cant do anything, the time frame to open a case is close. I was trapped because I open a case first with EBay at the 37 Day, so I was not eligible for the Money Back, PayPal would not take my case because I had open it with EBay. Because I paid with PayPal my Bank does not give me any protection. Now I need the info of the seller to call the police, they just give me the name and E-mail I will try to see if I can do something with that. If you have any other Ideas let me know. Thanks
